Hi everyone! I’m a licensed esthetician and certified lash artist in Clarksville, TN. I am currently working out of a salon suite inside of MADE salon. I’ve been licensed and certified for 3 years now. I love creating fun colored sets but also enjoy a simple set as well! Im here to create a safe and relaxing space for every single one of you. Whether you’ve had a long week and just need a little bit of a break, relaxation, and self care with a silent appointment or need a friend to vent to while being serviced, I’m here for it all. CANCELLATION POLICY
Late arrival: If you will be arriving late, I will lash as much as possible in your allotted time frame and the price will remain the same, regardless of fullness. Please arrive on time to get the most out of your appointment. Cancelations: Cancelations and reschedules must be done within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time only. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your card on file for 50% of the service price. If payment fails to process and is not paid within another form, you will be banned from booking future appointments. No shows: If you are unable to make your appointment, please communicate that with your service provider whether through a phone call, text message, or email. No call, no shows will result in 90% cost of the missed appointment charged to your card on file and you will be banned from booking any future appointments. Payment methods: All credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted. Apple Pay, cash app, and Venmo may ONLY be accepted under the circumstance that our card reader is having issues. If paying with cash, please bring exact change. Extra guests: Children and extra guests are not allowed in the suite due to having a small space and hazardous tools and chemicals as well as most services require your eyes to remain closed. If bringing guests that are old enough, they are more than welcome to have a seat in our lobby. Retention issues: If you are noticing frequent fall out within the first 3 days of your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. A complimentary fix may be provided. If notifying about the issue after 3 days, we may not be able to provide a complimentary fix and will charge accordingly. Lash health: When booking a lash service with us, you are responsible for properly cleansing your lash line daily. Not doing so may result in lash mites and eye infections. It is very important for your eye health and lash retention that proper care is performed. The Lash Coven has the right to perform a removal or refuse service if proper aftercare has not been done. Lash fills: Please ensure you are arriving to your appointments with the proper percentage of extensions remaining in order to qualify for the correct fill price. After outgrown lashes are removed, If the remaining lash amount is less than the correct percentage, a full set or extended fill charge may apply and you may not be 100% full at the end of your appointment time.
